Crash on update to 3.4.9

    Update to 3.4.9 creates a fatal error. I had to deactivate the plugin.

    Log error shows: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function Codemanas\InactiveLogout\is_plugin_active()

    I had to deactivate the plugin to get the site back online.

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention. This has been fixed in the version 3.4.10. Please let me know here if the issue persists.
