I just installed the latest update to Formidable and now I am getting a 500 server error when I try to login to the back end.

When I initially tried to install the update – through the Update page – I got an error, so I when to the WP plugin page and clicked the install update. It all appeared normal until I clicked on a new page; then nothing.

Just checking to see if anyone else is reporting this issue.

Unfortunately, this is one of those site where the original developer basically abandoned it and I have been nursing it along. I suspect it is a server issue, but just checking.

It’s possible the problem is related to an add-on trying to load without pro active. Can you try deactivating any Formidable add-ons by changing the name via FTP, load your admin area, and then change the folder names back?

And can you please post in our help desk with any further questions where our team can best assist you?
