Why didn’t you contact the plugin’s developer about this via the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum? You may have had a conflicting plugin or theme. Or you may have been using an older version of WordPress.
Posting a “review” without even trying to sort your problem out with the plugin’s authors is pretty pointless.
I admit that I’m not perfect, I do make quite a lot of mistakes, but I deploy my plugins to WordPress so that I can learn from you guys and I kind of like that sort of community.
