New update crashed the website. Then Jetpack disappeared from my WordPress admin panel and all the settings along with it.

Seems everyone is having a similar issue.

My team on my website works very hard to drive content and keep track of everything. Jetpack did a good job of this, until now. I am afraid that all that hard work and the settings along with the views tally are now going to be affected and wiped out back to zero.

Tried re-installing Jetpack (because it is not visible and appears to have deleted itself) but I was unable to because the folder exists. I am no longer able to access, delete, or install Jetpack because of this issue.

You should be able to use FTP or Cpanel to delete the jetpack folder from your plugins folder on the server – find it here:

    wp-content
      plugins
         jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

BTW, it’s generally better to post in the SUPPORT forum if you have an issue before posting a review.

    Sorry for all the trouble.

We’ve recently released Jetpack 3.4.1 to fix these issues. If you still experience issues after updating, let me know by opening a new thread as WPyogi mentioned above!
