Sponsored links can be disabled by subscribing to an Ads-Free plan (https://help.disqus.com/en/articles/1717110-disqus-pricing-and-plans), and then navigating to your Ads Settings page and clicking the Deactivate button at the bottom of the Ads Settings page.
