Crafty cart theme menu problem

Hi,

I am new to word press and using the crafty cart theme to understand the Wp e-commerce plugin. I find problems with the theme menu. Every time I add a new page and add it to the menu, I can’t access it. For example, I created a contact page and when i try to access it then i get the product page instead of the contact form. This happens with every page. I get the product page instead of the new page. please help
