• On some days, the use of the site CPU resources reaches 100% and the site is Down and after a few hours this problem is solved automatically. I disabled all plugins but this did not reduce CPU usage.

    Try analyzing access.logs to find overload reason.

    Maybe you have brute-force attack on your wp-login.php
    Maybe some bots (legal ones and bad ones) are trying to agressively crawl your site.

    Solution will depend on findings.

    You should monitor and find out which process utilizes the most of your CPU. Depending on that you should install and configure Fail2ban for WordPress for wp-login.php and xmlrpc.php or activate caching (one of WordPress caching plugins, redis and memcached).
