CPU resources

    hi, i installed the plugin and translated the 7 pages of the site. When I try to see it in English and browsing the site it crashes and goes to “502 bad gateway”.
    The Resource Usage displays the following alerts:
    CPU resources were limited for your site
    Physical memory resources were limited for your site
    You have reached entry processes (number of simultaneously running php and cgi scripts, as well as cron jobs and shell sessions) limit 199 times
    You have reached processes number limit 7743 times
    I contacted the web server managers but they didn’t know how to give me directions.
    The installed plugins are:
    Contact Form 7
    Elementor
    Elementor Pro
    Slider Revolution
    TranslatePress
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway

    This is the error in the log file:
