Popup Builder is severely hogging CPU resources on my VPS. Whenever Divi loads on the backend it takes awhile spiking my CPU usage to 100%. Doing any kind of updates or edits is pain staking. When tryin to launch the Front End builder it’s even worse. Screen goes completely blank and takes almost 30 sec to load the builder. Divi has stated they have not had any issues reported even on their Shared Hosting servers. After having my server dev run an optimization test, you can see that Popup builder has significant usage even when it’s not even been used. I even ran GTMetrix and the same can be seen.

The tech team investigated the issue and here is what I need to share with you.
They informed that most possibly the issue is with your memory limit.
However, we will ensure to improve further our plugin to avoid such kind of problems in the future.

Thanks, but it’s my server CPU get bogged down, not the memory. Plus I have beyond what Divi recommends and had them even higher beforehand.
