CPU Overload on version 3

  • Hi,

    I’ve tried to stop using ESSB version 2.0.6.1 and adopting version 3.4.1 but as soon as I activated it, the server’s CPU started to spike.

    I’ve disabled metrics, and it decrease a little CPU usage, but it was still high. I use W3 Total Cache and I’ve disabled ESSB built in cache. I’ve also enabled asynchronous javascript loading.

    In short, my website uses exactly the same configuration as my other ones. But as it has 3x more visitors than the other websites together, ESSB is overloading my CPU.

    This way I downgraded back to ESSB version 2.0.6.1 and now my CPU is running 15%. You can see the graph here https://db.tt/L7hBuHmS

    So there is something I can do to avoid this problem with CPU overload and start using the latest version of the plugin?
