Cpu and memory gone wild!

Hi guys;
I have a VPS running CentOS. Apache v3.24.21 and php 5.4.I added the bundle from Jean Over at Ws Aggregator. My page load time got slow; so I setup ws Super Cache. Shortly after my server starting crying through my phone with a Hang chkservd error.
I did add cloudflare cloud service but have since bypassed to sort this issue out.
Is there a setting in Ws Super cache or am I missing something on my VPS that I should look into further?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Cheers
