CPt URL adding -2 as if the page iss already there

I can’t seem to figure out why WordPress won’t allow me to create https://integrated.webpossible.net/procedures/laser/ versus https://integrated.webpossible.net/procedures/laser-2/

I can’t see any other pages/posts/images with this url – https://integrated.webpossible.net/procedures/laser/ – and if you navigate to that url, it just redirects to the home page.

Any ideas?
