CPT Taxonomy with Parent permalink not working

I’m using Custom Post Types Plugin for CPT, Taxonomy, and others. Now when I create CPT Category (World) and now the CPT category (World) is set as the parent then creates new Cat (Asia/India/Google). it’s showing parent on the taxonomy screen but the permalink is not printed hierarchical. I have set Hierarchical to YES.

Created Taxonomy – World, Asia, India, Google

I want to use these tax as – mysite.com/world/asia/india/google

But working as –

mysite.com/world
mysite.com/asia
mysite.com/india
mysite.com/google
What should need I do for hierarchy? When I check the hierarchy then it’s correct.
