CPT post edit settings

When I create a new Post or Page, on the right side of the page where the settings are, I see settings like a “Pending Review” checkbox and a “Extended Post Status” dropdown. However I don’t see such settings in my Custom Post Type post. I would like to know how to activate it such that they’ll appear just like they do for the Post/Page post types.
