CPT missing under “Show / Hide re-order interface”

Something changed and our custom post types (Team, Projects, Careers) are no longer showing as Show/Hide options under “Show / Hide re-order interface”. But they do show in the lower section “Archive Drag&Drop”. Why would they show in one and not the other? Thank you.
