• Okay, I’m going back and forth with the support staff of a theme I’m getting set up for my WordPress installation and they mentioned wp-admin / Settings in my cPanel. Only, that particular folder isn’t there. I haven’t done much in cPanel except replace a default logo yet. I wonder if this might be at all related to the issues some people mentioned with WordPress 4.2.3?

cPanel is typically a server Dashboard at your host and has nothing to do with customizing WordPress. So, I would guess they are talking about your WordPress Dashboard > Settings while logged in as an Admin.

I really wish SiteMile would be more clear about exactly what they mean. Is anybody familiar with the Project Bidding theme and the permalink structure they use?

But thanks for the clarification about Permalinks. Whenever somebody mentions stuff like “wp-admin,” I have a habit of assuming they mean cPanel.

It sounds like you might already be in touch with the support they offer, but just in case not:

I am. I just haven’t gotten an answer out of them about how to actually fix this problem. I’m sure it’s an easy fix if only I could figure out how to get the links to specific job categories to actually display the jobs in those specific categories.
