• This is the second network that I have used setup using cPanel and the first one worked perfectly.

I followed the same steps here and the first domain that I tried to load is bringing me to the default cPanel page.

I went into the DNS records for the domain I am trying to point and added the IP address for the @ record. Typically this will work flawlessly and it will display the website. Now when I try to map the domain, I get the default cPanel page…”Sorry….”.

Any idea what would be causing this issue?

Ask your hosting support to restart Apache.

    Ron,

I had the server restart Apache without success. I am not sure what else it would/could be.

    Hey Ron,

I used the same domain I was getting the error with and mapped it from my other Multisite install (on the SAME server, but different IP address) and it mapped the domain perfectly fine.

Any idea what would be causing this issue with this particular install?

I can’t say for certain but it’s possible that the working install is the default host for its IP & the non-working isn’t the default host.
