CP Contact Form with Paypal – "From" email not sending

  • I had set this up a couple of years ago and it had been working fine. However, over recent months it’s not been sending automatic emails to people after they have completed the registration form.

    I had contacted support for the plug-in and followed their checks. They were unable to resolve the problem and suggested that if the code wasn’t changed and the settings weren’t changed then the hosting may have changed the requirements for sending email from PHP files (WordPress is PHP based) on the server.

    I’m using WordPress 4.2.2 running Centum WP theme

    Does anyone know the requirements in WordPress and what I might need to do to configure the WP site in order to send the messages? I’m not very technical, so not really sure where to look. Thank you.
