CP Contact Form sending wrong total to paypal

For some reason when I submit this particular form to paypal instead of 75.00USD or whatever dollar amount is selected in drop down box, Paypal has a total of $10,075.00USD. I have scoured every drop down box, check box, and value box and there is no instance of $10,000 anywhere. Any ideas what could be causing this problem?

According to your description there are some fields in the page that contain numbers being incorrectly identified as price numbers. Since this feature is from the commercial versions of the plugin please open a private ticket at https://cfpaypal.dwbooster.com/contact-us and indicate there the address of the page that contains the form to check it in detail.
