• Hello – I’m just wondering if it is possible to add this plugin after guests have already purchased their tickets and then somehow bulk generate tickets from the existing orders?

I’m not sure what the scenario is that you’re describing; where would the orders come from in this example?

    Hi Joe,

thanks for getting back to me. The orders have already been placed and people have received an order invoice. What I’d now ideally like to do is generate some actual tickets for them. Is this possible at all?

Also do your tickets give a bar code/ qr code and if so how do we scan it?

    Many thanks,

    Sarah.

I guess my question is *how* were they placed. I’m assuming they weren’t placed using My Tickets; but I could use confirmation on that. If they were placed using My Tickets, but there aren’t any tickets on the purchase this is a very different question from if they were ordered via some other mechanism and you want to turn them into My Tickets payments.

    Oh – I see what you mean – I used woocommerce…

OK. So, I’m not sure there’s any easy way to do that – there’s no simple way to map the data from your WooCommerce order to an order in My Tickets. It could certainly be done – but it would probably require some custom code to run on your site to make that data change.
