coverage issues ‘blocked by robots.txt’

Since adding the Ultimate Social Media Icons Plus plugin, I have received notification from Google Search Console of coverage issues. The Google error is “Indexed, though blocked by robots.txt’. The affected pages are not actually pages on my blog, but an assortment of pages, all with ?share=facebook or ?share=twitter at the end of them. These appear to be the links set up by the plugin’s sharing buttons.

I have looked up this issue and tried to fix it on my own. But the standard fix (just “allow” the affected pages in the robots.txt file) doesn’t work. Links for social media sharing don’t appear in my robots.txt file. I imagine the plugin must be doing something that Google is flagging.
