Coverage Issue Detected in Google Webmaster Console

Urgent issue.
When will this plugin be updated? Apparently, my sites using this plugin that have been submitted into Google Webmaster Console are having a “Coverage Issue”, and the URL that Google shows me as having a “Noindex” tag is the……

And apparently, this was first detected back in April 27, 2019.
Which corresponds to the last update of this plugin. And since then, it has not been updated, and probably this is the reason why this new error is being shown by Google.
Can the author respond to this and address the “NoIndex” issue?
If I look at the first line of the sitemap that the plugin generates, it shows this line:

I think Google has maybe changed their understanding of “noindex” and therefore, the plugin should remove this “noindex” tag.

there’s no reason google should include this file in its index, it is not a webpage, intended for users.
so noindex is good and deactivate the plugin not the solution.
you can ignore the error.
