Cover WP – Remove Features, Popular and Headline from Posts Page

I removed the codes from the Cover theme in the home.php page and only left the ‘Latest’ section. How can I go about to have a normal blog like section for my posts page? I want all my posts to be shown here with the ability to comment on all posts. I am using the magazine style version though. All the help is appreciated. Thanks.
