Cover Photo quality poor

Hello,

There seems to be an issue with the the cover photo on the User page.

No matter what quality I have it set to, it always seems to squash the image on upload, then expand the image making it grainy. I have tried on qualities of 60, 80 and 100, but the results are identical on each.

Any ideas?

(Also, when will the dedicated theme be released?)
