Cover image is blank on first load

    Dear Support,
    I have just installed DearFlip plugin and everything looks and works fine except that on first loading the page that has the flipbook embeded, the cover appear blank. If I navigate to the following page then return, it will appear as normal.
    Can you please advise if there is something I am missing!

    I am using images as source and not PDF.

    Also, the flip book does work, it’s just the loading of the cover image doesn’t work initially until I flip to first page then back to cover then it appears.

    Hi,

    The problem is occurring due to code execution interference caused by an error in a Javascript code file from the theme.

    You can be certain by changing to another theme temporarily.

    I would suggest reporting this error to the theme developer. This issue is due to the usage of depreciated code from jQuery.

    Thank you Deip for your time to investigate.
    I will investigate further and see if it’s something I can hack as the theme is pretty out of date and I’ve modified few bits of it.
