Cover image for vendors is not showing up

Hi,

Could anybody help me with my problem on how to show the cover image for vendors’ page?
I am using EDD with Frontend Submission extension.

I have already created a Vendor Dashboard and followed the instructions on this page

but it seems that it’s not working. I may have missed something somewhere and I need help.
