What are your settings in Photo ALbums -> Settings admin page: Table IV-D2: Default coverphoto selection, and Table IV-D6: Cover type. ?

IV-D2 : Aléatoire/Random
IV-D6 : Standard mcr

I tried IV-D6 with Standard and I got the same behavior

Pls try some other settings for IV-D2

Random didn’t work.
I tried all other options and they work now.
I set again Random and it works too…
