Courses page. Split the categories

Hi, I would like to know how can I manage this shortcode [eb_courses categories=”” category_operator=”AND” order=”DESC” per_page=”12″ ] to show courses split by category.

I would like to create a page with a title and small description for each kind of category’s courses
