    I want to make course page into 2 based on student and teacher category. how to make it, I just found have_posts() in archive-course.php and i dont know where the function i can find.

    Unfortunately, on the course archive page there is no option to do this but if you know the code then you might customize the course achieve page code to get it.

    can I create a new page with data fetch from the course? and whether it can display data with private status?

    or can I create a new PHP page by fetching data from REST API courses?

    Course Archive page data is coming from the course-archive.php page. So you need to customize that file only.
