I don’t see a cache plugin to disable. Also, what do you mean by each plugin need to be disable on the site. We have many plugins added into the site in order to make sure everything is functioning properly. Can you please be a little more specific? What do you mean by switch to the default WordPress theme to check? Please advise more clear instructions.

We need to find the cause of the problem, you can disable the current theme to use the default WordPress theme to check. If the issue is resolved, the issue is your theme. Similar to the plugin, we need to disable each plugin to check if there are any conflicting plugins that affect the quiz results of LearnPress.

We currently using the site for classes. If I start disabling plugin and theme thing will get out of order. It’s probably LearnPress and not the plugin and theme.

Is there any other way to check the coding for LearnPress?

You can create a staging site to check, we don’t meet this issue before so I think have a conflict Js on your site.
