Course Video Controls are not showing

There are 5 video source options given- which one did you select? Can you check if your chosen video source option is enabled from Tutor settings > course tab. You can share screenshot so that we can better understand the issue and your expectation.

I’m using the mp4 source
I need the videos to have controls so that the student can rewind, forward and know the remaining time in the video, like this:

Do you have mp4 selected from Tutor settings > course tab? This is how the control looks like when you have the video source selected

Which Tutor LMS, php and WordPress version are you using? Did you check any theme and plugin conflict?

I am also facing the same issue. When I enable tutor lms player, no controls are shown to the users.

Did you troubleshoot theme and plugin conflict? You can temporarily activate a default WordPress theme and disable your 3rd party plugins to find out if you are experiencing a theme or plugin conflict. After troubleshooting theme and plugin conflict if you don’t see video controls you can send email to support at themeum dot com and we will take a closer look at your issue.
