Course Thumbnail Doesn’t Show

    Hi there,

    Great plugin, however I’m having a small issue with the Course/Video thumbnail not showing. The thumbnail shows on the Courses page, but not as the video introduction thumbnail. I am using the Elementor addons and Brisk theme. They actually created a demo using Tutor LMS, so there shouldn’t be a problem with compatibility.

    I’m hoping you can help me resolve this quickly.

    Are you using Tutor ELementor Addons plugin? Also please try with another theme.

    Hi,

    As I mentioned before, I AM using the elementor plugin AND the theme that I use (Brisk) is compatible with your plugin. The theme developers actually created a specific demo using your plugin.

    Just so I am clear, the thumbnail does not show up as the intro video thumbnail. It DOES show as the thumbnail for the course in archive and other displays. I am also using the Tutor video player for YouTube videos.

    I also created a custom thumbnail for the video on YouTube, but it doesn’t seem to be showing as well.

    The YouTube thumbnail has propagated through the web, and I’m able to see that now on the intro video. Thank you!
