Course Tabs Not Working

Does anyone know how to fix the “course tabs not working” with Masterstudy LMS v1.8.6.2 on the Divi theme?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin. There is no issue in our testing environment with the plugin latest version. Also, we recommend you to recheck via deactivating all of your extra and caching plugins

Thanks for the response @stmmattgordon. I’m on the latest version 1.8.6.2 and my caching plugin is deactivated. I know you’ve resolved at least one similar issue with Masterstudy LMS and Divi theme, but that solution is not posted here. What else might be causing the course tabs to not work?

We detected some conflicts between the built-in scripts of the Divi theme and the MasterStudy LMS plugin. Our developers are working on those conflicts. We hope the fix will be available soon.

Same issue (Divi conflict), resolved with use of anchors : before your (as #faq is used to call the tab) for example. Same for the other tabs.

Other conflicts existing so far. Hope next update with resolve the issues for Divi users. ??

Thank you for answering. I am sorry but I cannot give you more useful details as I am not working with the LMS on these times, I don’t remember everything. Globally, I tried many LMS plugins, and it seems that Divi often entered many conflicts or limitation where issued by the plugins / Divi conflicts.

Tabs was an issue I resolved with the anchors. I remember also some trouble with the course container : the overflow box was not fitting in the viewport (left part out of the sreenview). I fixed that one with “yellow pencil”. Also, the “load more” button from the shortcode was just loading again and again the same course… (but probably not a Divi conflict issue).

I am reconsidering your tool after trying many other plugins, more expensive but not satisfying enough, probably because of Divi and the need of evolved graphic design. What I really miss (or don’t know how to achieve) is a way to display the menu header of my website while using the plugin.
