Course start button not loading lesson

    Hi,

    I am working on a website (ohutus.edu.ee). using pro masterstudy theme with WPML plugin. Things were working fine 2 days ago but then course page for primary language stopped working and for secondary language it started to throw “Course not found” on scroll ajax loading. This issue was only happening for logged out users.

    Now when I click on “Start Course” button, it reload the page but don’t start the course.
    Permalink is set to “/%postname%/”.
    I disabled all the plugins including WPML but the issue is still there.

    Can you please help me in this as soon as possible?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Have you updated the theme MasterStudy LMS plugins and WPML to the latest version?

    If the problem persists when WPML and other plugins are disabled can you create a new course and assign some lessons? If the problem persists can you create a new ticket in our support platform since you are the owner of the MasterStudy theme?

    Hi,

    I find out the Eventin plugin was creating the problem. I disabled the plugin and it worked fine.

    But after updating the theme and STM plugins, I am having random 404 error on secondary language courses. If I refresh 4-5 times than there is a chance that page will load fine. But mostly it is giving 404 error for all of the secondary language courses.

    Can you please give me a solution how can I fix it?

    I resaved the permalinks but still nothing is working.

    Here is the update.

    I don’t know why but after the theme and plugin update, theme is full of bugs and errors.

    Whenever I try to open any secondary language course, it is giving me 404.
    If I switch to twenty twenty theme, courses are working fine. If i switch back to masterstudy LMS, website work fine for 5-10 minute then all the secondary language courses start giving 404 errors.

    Its been a whole week since the website is down. But no one is providing an actual solution to fix it.

    Will any of you please look into the matter and resolve this issue at once?

    Kindly be informed that the Eventin plugin is a third-party plugin that was not integrated with the Masterstudy LMS plugin, so unexpected issues may arise.

    Please make sure that you configured properly the WPML plugin, here you can check the detailed documentation about it – https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/additional-features/wpml.

    Also, please ensure that you properly translated your courses to other secondary languages in MS LMS -> Courses section – https://joxi.ru/8An4q1kiNBQR4m
