Course Registration Form

  • Hey everyone, I am looking for a plugin to handle course registrations. I have a page with a list of courses each which have a separate registration button. I am looking for a plugin that when the user clicks the register button for the selected course a popup should appear with a form containing available dates and should collect the persons name and phone number. As another criteria. I need to be able to limit the number of registrations. So if the course is full for a certain date it would display a message saying the class is full please select another start date.
