    Some of our student’s completion progress went back to 0% a few days ago, and I don’t know what triggered the reset. Is there a log file that we can use to re-add their progress? What is interesting, that not all of our students are affected, only some.

    Hi there, @buseniko

    It is possible that one of your plugins caused the progress to get removed – we have seen cases where multilingual plugins cause such issues.

    We don’t have a way to restore this data, so the best option would be to restore a backup of your site (if available). This way, you can restore it back to a point where the progress was available. If you did not manually create a backup, then you can check with your web host if they have any available.

    Note: Restoring a backup will affect the whole site, so any recent changes which were done after the date of the backup you are restoring will get removed.
