Course Presentation module text cut of on mobile devices

  • I have a Course Presentation module installed. All the content displays fine on desktops but on some mobile devices text gets cut off. Images display fine. Is there some setting to make sure text size is responsive to devices or is this a bug?

    This should not happen. Would you be able to share a picture or screenshot of the issue so we can see where this happens?
    Also, if you have the details on the device, OS version, and browser running that would greatly help.

    Hi, thanks for quick response.

    The errors are on this site. I have embedded the main presentation that includes the errors on slide 20 and 15.

    There are also some screenshots from other presentations in the course that show how the text gets cut off.

    The errors are obvious on iphone 12.
    Browsers: Safari and Brave.

    Any help as to why it is happening would be great.

    I’ve created an issue with the team that works on the presentation tool. Hopefully it will get solved soon. In the meantime, I would recommend leaving just a little bit of empty space in the text boxes to allow for different text/font rendering on certain devices.
