• Hello! My course page is not loading properly. The Purchase/Continue section of the page doesn’t load all the time and after the last updated, the title section goes more wide hiding behind the course section, see the attached image

    I have the courses not ready to start selling them, so I have them password protected, password is: 123456 just in case

    As for the “page doesn’t load” issue, we noticed that you are using a caching plugin, which could potentially be causing a JavaScript conflict. Could you please try disabling the caching plugin or adjusting the cache settings for JavaScript to see if the issue persists?

    Thank you so much! I disable the WP-Optimize plugin, and it worked. How can I exclude it from JavaScript so it works when the plugin is activated?

    To continue using the plugin without conflicts, you can exclude specific JavaScript files. Please refer to this guide on excluding individual JavaScript scripts.

    Try excluding the following scripts:

    1. global.min.js
    2. utils.min.js
    3. single-course.min.js

    After making these adjustments, check if the issue is resolved with the caching plugin activated. Let us know if there’s anything more we can assist with!
