No. I even had my office administrator try the course link and the enroll button didn’t show for her. She’s using Firefox.

    Hi Lynise,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Could you please share us the page URL from your site where the “Enroll now” button is displaying on Google Chrome but not on Firefox so that we can troubleshoot it?

    Kind Regards,
    Vinod Dalvi

    same here.

Hi @yonile, thanks for providing that link. I’m not seeing an enroll option in any browser over here. Do you maybe have the dates setup so that it’s unavailable right now?

@Lynise, would it be possible to provide a link so we could look into that for you?

Looking forward to seeing this sorted for ya! ??

    Cheers,
    David

    @david,
I got where I went wrong but now somethings else came up.

In WordPress > Settings > General i should’ve checked ‘anyone can register’. When checked it the “sign up” button appeared. I’ve succeeded in signing up but now, when I click on the sign up button and then click on the “Already have an Account?” link – nothing happens. shouldn’t I get a login box?

you can see it for yourself here – https://dev.linux.ort.org.il/coursepress/courses/financial-education/

and final question – when should i expect an “enroll” button and when a “signup” button?

    thanks!

    someone?

    Hey there yonile,

    How are you doing today?

Clicking on “Already have an Account” should display login form in the same popup. I’ve managed to recreate it on my installation which means this is a bug in the plugin.

I’ve already notified plugin developer about this so he can take a look and fix it.

As for the enroll and signup buttons. Enroll button should be displayed when users is logged in and signup button when visitor is viewing the course.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
