    Hi,

We’ve been trying to migrate our LearnDash course from one site to another using Course Migration for LearnDash plugin.
We followed your instructions (installed the plugin on both websites, whitelisted, launched the process). Without any luck – red “X” symbols appear next to every part of the course we want to migrate. We checked the URLs many times, they’re correct.
Can you please help us figure out the problem?

    Thank you so much!

Can you show me the ajax request response?

    1. Before clicking on migrate, just right click on anywhere on the page and click Inspect.

    2. Go to the network tab and click XHR.

    3. Now click migrate.

    4. Check the ajax response and send me the screenshot.

It seems that you’re migrating from a local setup to a hosting setup. Is that so?

Actually no, it’s from the hosting setup to another hosting setup.

I’ve identified the issue. I’ll be releasing a bug fix in the next 36 hours.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting the issue.

Same issue – I’m assuming the bug fix is yet to be released. I’d like to give it a go. Thanks

Thanks for your patience. Due to some unavoidable situations, I couldn’t fix the issue. I’ve looked into it and will be releasing a fix in a couple of hours.

We are experiencing the same issue (401 error). Can you please confirm how much more ime do you estimate for the fix please

I appreciate your patience guys. I’ve released a fix where I changed the URL based whitelisting to security key based system.

Do go through the instructions once again and test the plugin.

It should work in most of the cases.

It has a known issue though which is related to CORS, but I think it’s not an issue in most of the cases.

I will fix the CORS issue by this weekend

Still not working unfortunately. It still gives a 404. The security key was also not being generated, so I extracted the code and created one using the js code from the plugin. I, then used that key with the steps advised and it gave a 401.

My attempt failed, then I noticed that you are missing the MD5.js file in this location:
    wp-content/plugins/course-migration-for-learndash/admin/js/

I’ve fixed the issue where some files were not included in the plugin and apparently that’s what was the cause of the issues even after releasing a fix.

That’s resolved now. If you still face any issues, right click on the page and click inspect element. Click on the console tab. Repeat the process and share a screenshot of the console.

I cant get anything when click on migrate. another issue is that I only see 5 courses in the list and toggle all doesn’t work.

I have more than 50 courses in the list it only picks 5.

I would like to support you anyway I can possibly to get this thing in a mature status.

@dreamgarg19 Thanks for getting back. Can you give me access to this website? I think I’ll need to have a look personally to find out and fix the issue.

Sure, I can. but off course not in open forum.
    Please share you email/ skype.
