    Hi,

I am using DIVI theme and Tutor LMS free version and i have troubles with allowing unregistered Clients to participate in course.

    What I did:

    1. Tick on Allow unregistered users to make a purchase in WooCommerce settings (not all my products are courses).
    2. Tick on Public Course in TUTOR course settings
    3. Tick on Auto redirect to courses in TUTOR settings
    4. Tick on Enable Guest Mode in TUTOR settings
    5. Tick on Enable Tutor Login in TUTOR settings

If a Client set up an account during purchase (so with a password), everything is correct, after payment he is redirecting to the course platform and he can participate in.

But, if the Client does not set up an account during purchase (password is not set up), after payment he is redirected to the TUTOR LMS login site. He cannot login, as he does not have a password. Password recovery does not work (after typing email nothing happens). After registering with the same email address in TUTOR LMS login site, there are no available course to participate. If he use direct course website link and click start learning (green one), it shows Please enroll in this course to view course content site.

PLease advise how to enable Client to participate in courses without setting an account during payment, but only later in Tutor login site, or without even login, just using link to course site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @miloszwodarczyk

Thank you for reaching out. I understand the issue you’re facing with allowing unregistered clients to participate in courses using the DIVI theme and Tutor LMS free version. Here’s how you can resolve it:

    1. Make sure you have the following settings enabled:
    – Allow unregistered users to make a purchase in WooCommerce settings.
    – Public Course in Tutor course settings.
    – Auto redirect to courses in Tutor settings.
    – Enable Guest Mode in Tutor settings.
    – Enable Tutor Login in Tutor settings.

    2. It seems like the main issue is that clients who do not set up an account during purchase are unable to access the course. Here are a few steps to address this:

    – Guest Mode Configuration: While Guest Mode allows users to view course content without logging in, it might require additional settings to ensure seamless access. Double-check that Guest Mode is correctly set up in Tutor LMS settings.

    – Account Creation After Purchase: You might want to ensure that WooCommerce is configured to automatically create an account for users during the checkout process. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy and ensure the following options are enabled:
    – Allow customers to create an account during checkout.
    – When creating an account, automatically generate a username from their email address.
    – When creating an account, automatically generate a password.

    – Redirect Settings: Ensure that after purchase, users are redirected to the course content. This can be managed through WooCommerce settings or by using additional plugins that manage redirects post-purchase.

    3. Password Recovery Issue: The problem with password recovery not working might be due to email deliverability issues. Ensure that your WordPress site is correctly configured to send emails. You might need to set up an SMTP plugin to ensure reliable email delivery.

    4. Direct Course Access: If you want users to access the course directly without logging in, ensure that the course is set to ‘Public’ and that guest access is fully enabled.

Please try these steps and let me know if the issue persists. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out
