Course list filter not shown

hi,

I am now setting up a course list page and what I want to do is just a list of course with filter and sorting function. I have already enable those function in the setting but still it is not showing up.

I have tried to use two different builder to setup the page, one is Elementor and the other one is Oxygen Builder and both have different results. In Elementor, the course filter would only displayed when I set the permalink of the site to “plain” but in that case, I can’t add any other elements in the same page (e.g. header, images) as all other design simply disappear. (I am not going to edit the course list, just to add some text at the top). If I use “postname” in the permalink setting, the whole page simply cannot be loaded in the Elementor editor…

In Oxygen builder, there is no problem loading the page but the filter and pagination are just not shown.

The only way I can do is to use shortcodes, but in this case, I will miss all the function of the builder to change the setting of the section.

I wonder if there is any setting in other sections that caused the problem?
