  • @davidleefish,

    You can use the “Featured Image” on the associated course

    Take care,

    That’s what I figured, but it isn’t showing on either the my courses or the catalog page, just the name of the course. It appears just fine at the top of the single course page itself, which is where I set the featured image. Is there another place to do so?

    @davidleefish,

    Seems strange… can you provide a link to a course that has a featured image but isnt displaying on the catalog / my courses page please.

    Thanks,

    Sure, you can see the problem here.

    Thanks.

    @davidleefish,

    Do you have any caching plugins installed? The image that is trying to be loaded on the catalog is throwing a 404 error but that same image on the course itself is a different image URL.

    If you do please clear your caches and let me know if that resolves the issue.

    Thanks,

    Well, it sounds like we’re starting to get somewhere in identifying the problem.

    I don’t have any caching plugins but my host, WPEngine, has a caching option and so does Cloudflare, which I use. I cleared all caches on both and put Cloudflare into development so that it doesn’t cache images.

    No luck, though.

    @davidleefish,

    In that case… do you have any custom code on your site (anything that would override default LifterLMS functionality?)

    Can you post a copy of your system report?

    Maybe we have a weird (a really weird) plugin or theme conflict…

    I really can’t recreate this and I’ve never seen it happen before so I’m grasping at straws trying to figure out what’s going on.

    Maybe also try deleting the featured image and re-adding it to the course. That’s a longshot but worth a try I guess…

    Figured it out. It was indeed a plugin conflict. Thanks!

    @davidleefish,

    Ah great to hear!

    Let us know if you need anything else,
