I am editing lessons with Elementor and so far it’s working alright. The frontpage of my course – the one showing an overview of lessons and my author image – behaves differently though.

In the standard WordPress editor I can see the entire page. However, I prefer working in Elementor and when I open the page with Elementor, it only shows part of the page. Further, when I leave Elementor again some elements are removed. It seems like it causes problems when I edit this very page with Elementor.

Is there something special about this page? Is it best practice to not use Elementor for this page?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @superdep,

When editing a lesson with Elementor there are some basic settings that will remain in the lesson and then Elementor will add content around these settings.

If you’re wanting to add all of the lesson content inside Elementor you can use the LifterLMS Labs action manager: https://lifterlms.com/docs/lab-action-manager/ to remove the default content!

Let us know if you have any further questions!

    Thanks and take care,

Since I haven’t heard back from you in a week I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. Don’t worry, if you have more questions or still need help just hit reply and let me know!

    Have a great day!
