• Course comment section is being displayed in this order with 4 rows and the awful thing is that the image is displayed 100% wide, so it covers the whole page. I find that weird because when I open the customizer it comes back to normal but if I open the page in a Private Browser, image is 100% in the whole page. Please help!

    Hi jusemora30,

We tried to access the course at?this link, but it requires a password, so we couldn’t check the issue you mentioned.

Please try switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and deactivating all plugins except LearnPress to see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, please get back to us and we will find a way to resolve it.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp

    Hi Brian,
Thank you for taking my request. I have it password protected because I still working on it testing features and creating the content for the course. I made a quick video reproducing the issue, here the OneDrive link to the video, let me know if that’s good and how can we fix that issue please! btw password is 123456

    Hi jusemora30,

Thank you for sharing the video and providing the password. We have tested with the Twenty Twenty-Four theme and LearnPress version 4.2.6.9.2, and we couldn’t replicate the issue you described. You can view the process in this video.

We believe the issue might be caused by your theme, which could be conflicting with LearnPress. Please report this issue to your theme developers for further investigation and resolution. To further isolate the problem, you can switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) and disable all other plugins to see if the issue persists.

If the issue continues, please let us know, and we will assist you further.

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp
