Course clone or import times out

    I have successfully both cloned and imported courses, but now when I try to do it, it just times out. What could be causing this?

    I’m sorry you’re having issues here… Usually when people report this kind of issue it is the result of a plugin conflict. Can you try temporarily disabling all other plugins and see if you can then clone a course?

    If you can, you know you have a conflict and you reenable plugins one by one until the cloning stops working.

    Once you find the conflict please let me know and I’ll see if I can recreate that and find a resolution to it (if it’s something that we can fix from our side).
