Hi, I installed the theme (latest version MasterStudy, latest version wordpress) everything according to the instructions.
When I want to create a New Course and click “add new” it automatically takes me to the page to Course Builder in the Front-end view – there is an animation of a rotating circle “in progess” – it goes on forever. I have no way to add Course Information, Curriculum, etc.
It also doesn’t show any previously imported demo courses – the panel is empty and only this circle.
It is the same when I want to create a New Lesson.
What could I be doing wrong?
How can I add Course information, Course Curriculum, etc.?

  • Hello @sowinskawrobel,

    Thank you for reaching out!

According to your screenshot, I can say that your website permalinks were configured wrongly. To fix this, go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks section. Select “Postname” and click “Save” button. [screenshot]

Let us know if there will be any further questions.

    Hello,

Thank you for trying to help.

Unfortuantellu, after changing in “permalinks” a message appears:
“404 – The page you are looking for does not exist”.

    What can I do more?

You need to make sure that you set Profile page in the MS LMS > settings > LMS Pages section. After settings the page, you need to re-save permalinks again and check by deactivating third-party plugins (for testing purposes).

If you have difficulties with it, please create a support ticket on our support site (as www.remarpro.com is not a place to check the theme). In the ticket, you should provide details with screenshots and provide your site wp-admin credentials, to check this case on your site in detail.

I have another problem – after I created the course and want to see a preview of it, again the page does not load – there is only a spinning wheel.
It is like this on the course created by me, but also on the ones that were imported as a demo.
    What should I do?

    All courses: https://kursy.agnieszkawrobel.pl/courses/
