Coupons Prefixes and Webhooks Questions

    Hi!

    Cartflows has been AMAZING and every week we recover a LOT of carts. However, we have the following questions:

    Coupons Prefixes:
    1. Is it possible to add a prefix to the coupons generated by the plugin? (for example: ABC###). That way, we can quickly identify the coupons generated by the plugin vs the plugins created by us or any other plugin.

    Webhooks:
    This feature looks VERY useful. We read the documentation of webhooks for Cartflows, however we still have the following questions:

    1. When are the webhooks triggered? When the order is abandoned or recovered?
    2. Does the webhook include abandoned guest carts?
    3. If we use the webhooks feature, will the emails still be sent to the customers using Cartflows?
    4. What does the “Auto-create the special coupon for the abandoned cart to send over the emails” mean?
    5. What data is sent using webhooks? (date, email, phone, name…)

    #Coupon Prefixes:

    As of now, we don’t have this feature, but I’ve forwarded your request to the concerned team for further analysis and review so we can add this feature whenever feasible.

    #1 When webhooks are triggered

    Webhooks are triggered when any cart is abandoned and recovered.

    #2 Guest

    Yes, there’s no difference if the visitor is a guest or a registered user.

    #3 Emails and CartFlows

    No, it’s independent of any other plugin.

    CartFlows plugin is the funnel builder, and the Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin recovers the cart and sends emails.

    #4 Auto create

    It means coupons are generated automatically and sent to the user via email.

    #5 What data is being sent

    first_name:
    last_name:
    email:
    phone:
    order_status:
    checkout_url:
    coupon_code:
    product_names:
    cart_total:
    product_table
