Coupons not working with shipping

    I have created some coupon codes for customers to use at checkout, however the shipping option gets deleted when the coupon code is entered. no shipping option shows despite the settings for the code being correct. please advise how I can get support for this. I have already reached out to woocommerce and they have signaled it is an issue with this plugin

    What other Woo related plugins do you have installed?

    We have just tested and with WooCommerce 8.6.1 we found no issues with using coupons. So there must be some other factor, most likely another plugin causing the issue ??
