    Hi there! Let’s sort the questions thing out first because that sounds like a serious bug. Can you please send me a screenshot of the edit ticket screen where you’re trying to add new questions to a ticket? Do you get any errors in your browser’s Javascript console when accessing that page? Also, what browser and OS are you using?

    Coupon codes do not work for me either. I can add them – it just doesn’t apply the discount. We need those coupon codes before we take this live. Which was going to be today. ack!

    I can create a new question. I’m on Mac OSX using Chrome. Thanks.

    Did you magically change something? It works now. I first the dates blank – for all time availability – and it did not work. I put in the dates and it works.
